Ingredients:-  Poha ½ katori, Bread 3-4Piece,Oil  1 Big Spoon, hig one pinch, Rai ¼ tsp,jeera 1/4tsp,Haldi  ¼ tsp,Mirchi ½ tsp ,Namak ½ tsp ,Garam Masala ¼ , methi one pinch, Tamato 3,Peas  thode ,Onion 2 sping  type, corionder leaf ,green  chilli & mix namkin.


Vidi :-  Poha  ko net  me dalkar pani me bigona hai . aur Bread ke chote –chote tukde karne hai ,ek pan me ½ big spoon oil dalkar in bread pieces ko shello fry karna hai aur dish out karna hai ,phir pan me baki bach huha oil dalkar garam karna hai aur phir hig jeera aur haldi dalkar turant peas dal dena hai aur phir tamato dalna hai thoda milakar usme mirch, namak,kala namak aur garam masala dalkar hilana hai phir   poha dal dena hai aur  hilna hai aur end  me methi (dry) dalni hai .tayar hai Bread Poha  ab dish our karke Onion  sping  type, coriander leaf ,green  chilli & mix namkin  se  sajkar serve karna hai.
